Advancing Pediatric Medicine
All faculty and staff members in the Division of Pediatric Neurology believe in advancing pediatric medicine through the translation of novel research into cutting edge patient care and training of young physicians and scientists. The hub of the division’s advanced care is a set of subspecialty clinics that cover epilepsy, neonatal neurology, neuromuscular disease, spasticity/cerebral palsy, and traumatic brain injury. Additional subspecialty clinics are in development. Specialized facilities include an electroencephalography (EEG) laboratory and electromyography (EMG) laboratory that are staffed by personnel dedicated to the care of children.
