Dr. Sladky is a pediatric neurologist with particular interests in neuromuscular disorders, including inherited and acquired neuropathies in childhood, and in neuroimmunology.  He was previously Chief of the Division of Pediatric Neurology and Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at Emory University School of Medicine.  After graduating from Yale College and Yale Medical School, he completed pediatric residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, followed by pediatric neurology and neuromuscular training at the University of Pennsylvania.  He was a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania for over a decade prior to his appointments at Emory University.  He currently serves on the editorial board of Muscle & Nerve.
