About Renato Gonik

Hi there, my name is Dr. Renato Gonik and I am dual board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology, and I am a clinical associate professor for the UF department of pediatrics. I earned my medical degree in Brazil, and underwent residency and fellowship training at the University of Miami. I completed training at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard University, specializing in Clinical Neurophysiology and Autonomic Disorders.

I have worked in government, private, and academic settings, and directed the Clinical neurophysiology and Autonomic lab at Texas Tech University.

I am a physician within the division of pediatric neurology for the UF department of pediatrics. I am also a proud member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Autonomic Society.
